This will be the chain's 61st Chicagoland location, a 6,200-square-foot space with seating for roughly 218 guests, a full bar, and a private dining room. Not every business in Fox Haven Square needs a grand-opening headline, but they're worth knowing about because they'll shape how the plaza actually gets used day to day. Swank Coffee & Wine Lounge comes from husband-and-wife owners Rich and Dena Ranieri, who also run Fulla Beans in Itasca, and it's positioned as a daytime coffee stop that shifts into a wine bar by evening. Taco Mucho is expanding from its original Oak Park location to bring a modern taqueria and tequila bar to the east side. Why this corner of St. Charles has been worth watching
